GTreasury is one of the treasury tools that meet robust features that are easy to configure for our most urgent needs. Liquidity is a great potential that it has given us, it also helps to execute parameters for maximizing productivity and risk management. We have great support thanks to GTreasury, this guarantees compliance with cash management and correct financial decision making. Specifically, the finance and accounting department relies on GTreasury so that the corporate treasury can be developed with reliable administrative capabilities.
  • Maximizing administrative productivity in the accounting and finance department.
  • Moderate configuration based on our data supplied with the finance department.
  • At no stage have I noticed characteristics that do not favor the company financially in the management of the treasury.
  • I do not find any disadvantage in the control of the treasury.
In order to increase the growth of the company, tools such as GTreasury are necessary to comply with consolidating treasury management, it is always necessary to have treasury tools at our disposal that can comply with cash management, maximization of productivity, management of risks, and many other possible scenarios that help with finances. I recommend that the finance and accounting department properly configure GTreasury with company-specific custom data.
  • Positive in risk management.
  • Increase in productivity.
Meet the setup and usage standards of our finance and accounting team. When it comes to treasury management, we always use GTreasury without any relevant drawbacks.

Used by the treasury department for cash and debt management. It addresses our need for daily cash flow forecasting, building out a full-year cash forecast as well, plus managing daily liquidity and debt payments, schedules, and journal entries.
  • Straightforward and intuitive
  • Reliable
  • Works well within our needs
  • Improved reporting
  • Better ways to handle transaction tagging
  • Better bank fee analysis functionality
GTreasury is well suited for handling cash and debt from our experience with the system. I think the reporting could be more robust plus the bank fee analysis option could be better. We do not use GTreasury for investments given that this is a fairly complex area within our organization.
  • Less manual work on a day-to-day basis. Having the daily BAI file feed to GTreasury and into our worksheet is a big time-saver for us.
  • The debt journal entries are easier with GTreasury.
  • We rely less on the bank reporting options, which are not nearly as robust as the data we get from GTreasury.
We liked the commitment GTreasury made regarding onboarding assistance plus the cost was reasonable and the functionality fit our needs. GTreasury also was focused on being there for their clients with the onboarding and also any daily assistance, which allowed us to manage the installation without a consultant, saving us money.
Good overall usability for what we have needed. We have not delved into any recent upgrades in modules, so there could be better functionality within the system today that we are not currently leveraging. We plan on doing a refresh in 2022 to see where we might be able to take advantage of the recent offerings within the modules we use today.

The treasury department is the primary user. GTreasury is used for daily cash management and payments. Additionally we use the debt, bank fees, accounting, and forecasting modules. In addition to treasury we have several reporting users in various accounting functions who pull reports and transactions information from GTreasury.
  • Automated cash positioning and flexible way of viewing cash positions.
  • Managing large amount of bank data.
  • Reporting.
  • Debt/investment/risk management, monitoring and reporting.
  • Innovation and development in general.
  • Cash flow forecasting.
  • Bank administration. The module currently provides very basic bank admin functions, thus there is room for improvement. For example, bank communication letters are generated on an account level and there is no possibility to do it on a bank level. If company signatories change a letter has to be generated and sent for each individual account separately. Secondly, the workflow is a bit clumsy.
  • User admin. User admin does everything it is supposed to do but is not very user friendly and it is quite technical. It is an area in which you work on an irregular basis so it is hard to remember what to do and where to navigate.
Very well suited for complex corporate structures which have multi-layer bank account structures. Debt/investment/risk management module is very powerful. GTreasury could be overkill for a simple corporate structure which has only a handful of bank accounts and does not require flexible data processing and reporting.
  • Daily cash management process time.
  • Data visibility.
  • Debt/investment monitoring and reporting.
Simply the best, otherwise we would not have chosen it.
Day-to-day support is very quick and responsive. However, if you need to go the second level it might take longer and you lose the visibility.
